Institutional Organic Structure

Since October 16, 2012 became effective the new structure of the direction
Galapagos National Park, after the publication of the Resolution No. 0046 of the Organic Statute Organizational Management by Processes - DGNP, in the Official Register No. 349.

The organizational structure of the Directorate of the Galapagos National Park is aligned with its mission and is based on the philosophy and focus of processes, for the generation of products and services, in order to meet institutional goals.

The processes that produce the products and services of the institution, are sorted and classified according to their degree of value or compliance with the institutional mission.
